Where faith leaves lasting impact

  • You have come this far.

You worked so hard, raised your children, and did everything you could for your family and in your career. We congratulate your accomplishments and admire your commitment.

  • Now what?

You may find yourself to be an empty nester or a retiree or even home alone. If you are looking for meaningful relationships and long-lasting fellowship, we hope you find one among us.

  • Share what you learned.

You are important in God’s eyes and we value your experiences and knowledge. Enrich our conversations by sharing your stories and enliven our community by joining one of our groups.

  • Leave your legacy.

We need you because you have the wisdom of ages and you embody living tradition on which our new generation build their faith and future. Come and leave a lasting impact.

We believe in offering faith enriching experiences that provide . . .

  • a place for support, prayer and personal spiritual growth and formation.

  • a place for fellowship and fun - "where everybody knows your name!"

  • a place to do the ministry or mission that sets your heart on fire!

  • a place where you can gain strength and encouragement to live out your life faithfully.

  • a place where you will be challenged, changed, inspired and engaged.

The focus of our groups and activities ranges from . . .

  • Study

focusing on biblical interpretation, historical & contemporary theology, and moral issues - ranging from classic Sunday School classes to an open forum on the issues of war & peace that confront contemporary society.

  • Ministry

performing a special mission, ministry or task for the church or our society - ranging from caring for the gardens on our Stony Point campus to participating in the Volunteers in Mission trips following natural disasters.

  • Caring

supporting an area of personal or social concern - ranging from a friendly visitor in the hospital to the weekly meetings of AA & Alanon.

  • Interest

participating in a common interest or activity - ranging from quilting groups preparing blankets for baptisms to social concern advocates engaging the issues in our home town.

  • Fellowship

having a good time with good friends, old & new - ranging from the Ligaya older adult fellowship group to a community wide gospel concert with the LA Spirit Chorale.

  • Outreach

Come and join us as we reach up and reach out to all people in God's love!

  • Small Groups

Be plugged into groups for connection and spiritual formation and be nourished and supported!

  • Women's Ministry (UMF)

United Women in Faith is so much more than a fellowship group. It is rather a mission-driven organism that makes an impact on people’s lives.

  • Men's Ministries

The Men’s Breakfast Group meets online via Zoom each Thursday morning at 8:30 am to discuss faith, book studies and current events. Approximately every six weeks, we meet in person at a members house or restaurant for fellowship over a meal. Contact the church office for the Zoom code.
